White Unicorn (Capital Gateway Platform) We are a platform that acts as a gateway between institutional investors, private equity fund or private equity trust venture capital, holding companies, and public companies with investment policies. We established our own private equity fund by combining with fellow businessmen who are investors and entrepreneurs, or SMEs that have growth potential and are ready to raise funds in the stock market to achieve 10X growth and be strong and sustainable until Exit.

We have found that Thai SMEs have great potential for growth but still lack understanding of the principles of fundraising or funding to develop their own companies in many different ways. From this pain point, White Unicorn therefore, is joining forces with strategic fundraising experts, accounting and finance specialist for fundraising and national marketing strategies.

We provide consulting services or consultants to adjust the areas that the company is not yet ready for fundraising in order to prepare all aspects of fundraising. We have Unicorn X Academy to provide knowledge and hands-on services about preparing companies in all aspects to raise funds and selecting companies that have learned and are ready to raise funds with investors. The Unicorn X Academy is partnered with the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. Assumption University (ABAC).
